In December 2024, a generous, anonymous donor gave us a set of contiguous parcels in the Silver Lake Shores neighborhood. Together, the parcels form a single building lot on the southeast shore of Mudge Pond.

We plan to demolish the current bungalow, clear the lot and build a new one-family, three-bedroom affordable house -- with a water view!

160 Silver Lake Shores Road - the Future

The new house has been designed for us by local firm Christine Gray Architecture and Design. We look forward to starting construction in 2026!
