160 Silver Lake Shores Road - 2024-25

In December 2024, a generous, anonymous donor gave us a set of contiguous parcels in the Silver Lake Shores neighborhood. Together, these parcels form a single building lot on the southeast shore of Mudge Pond.

The lot came with a teardown bungalow, plus working septic.

We have now demolished the bungalow, making way for the construction of a new one-family, three-bedroom affordable house.

By October, we had substantially finished the clearing of the lot, and had begun working on the house's foundation.

The new house has been designed by Christine Gray, AIA of the local firm Christine Gray Architecture and Design. We look forward to finishing construction in 2027!
